Traditional fuse block for 1.250 glass fuses. Manufactured with the use of a generator in mind for a traditional hotrod or Kustom.
Each circuit is UL rated at 15 amps. *** Heavy loads greater than 15 amps should always be run directly off the battery with its own fuse and triggered by a relay ***.
***Screws are 8-32 if you need a longer terminal screw make sure that its not to long it will punch through the backing and be live. This could result in a potential short!!***

Example of load:
Two 7in sealed beam halogen headlights on HIGHBEAM pulls 10 amps. We also need to remember we have access to LED bulbs for taillights and other lighting. A pair of 1157 LED lights draws 1/2 an amp... if you added that to the same circuit we are at 10.5 amps...You can always run items on a dedicated circuit if that makes you more comfortable. To calculate amps draw ( amps used by something) divide the wattage by the volttage.....60 watts / 12 volts =5 amps.
Old stock USA made fuse blocks are getting to find so I designed these from the ground up a clean slate. No detail has been overlooked. Multiple depth pockets & features to keep components located and secured in place. I designed these with adequate space between each row of fuses for hassle free removal and installation.
I sourced electrical grade phenolic, 15amp rated nickel plated spring brass fuse clips (Littlefuse brand), nickel plated copper lugs (3M), All models have a .063" thick brass buss bar to power all terminals. No mystery junk components… Includes all brass 8-32 hardware.
